Written Instructions (WI) Requirements End User certifies that it will obtain and retain Written Instructions from consumers before accessing their credit information. Written Instructions must clearly disclose that a credit report will be accessed for prequalification purposes, identify the End User by name, and require the consumer to affirmatively agree via a checkbox, phone key press, or similar method. End User shall retain these consents in a format capable of accurate reproduction.
