FOR TRANSUNION TRUVISION MILITARY LENDING ACT SEARCH 

WHEREAS, the Military Lending Act (“MLA”) protects Department of Defense covered borrowers, including Service Members and certain dependents (“Covered Borrower(s)”), from certain high-cost credit products; WHEREAS, Reseller has access to a Military Lending Act Search service from a national credit reporting agency, who has access to Department of Defense Covered Borrower data and offers the Military Lending Act Search (“MLA Search”) service to its subscribers that checks whether a subject consumer is a Covered Borrower as indicated in such data; 

WHEREAS, End User desires to obtain the MLA Search service its own internal use as contemplated herein; and 

WHEREAS, the national credit reporting agency who is the source of the MLA Search service is permitted to complete Covered Borrower checks and deliver MLA Search status indicators (“MLA Search Data”) alone or with consumer reports to Reseller who will obtain such service on behalf of its End Users who are creditors. 

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants set forth herein and in the Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Reseller and End User hereby agree as follows: 

1. The recitals set forth above are an integral part of this Addendum and are hereby incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. 
2. End User certifies that it shall request and use MLA Search Data solely for the purpose of completing Covered Borrower checks. 

3. End User shall not request MLA Search Data in connection with underwriting of insurance nor shall End User use the MLA Search Data to establish profiles, reports or any other documentation on individuals nor for marketing or any purpose other than using the MLA Search Data to make a determination of consumer status.
